There are growing fears in Government circles that The Economy may be planning to attack terrorists. Sources in Whitehall have admitted to TVBOMB that disturbing patterns suggest that an outrage is imminent. Officials say that The Economy has been looking for a target in Britain ever since the sub-prime atrocity hit New York in September of last year. Intelligence agencies said that they have been trying to make contact with terrorists, but laws designed to protect civil liberties are making that a difficult task. One senior civil servant said, “There is no doubt that The Economy is looking to damage the infrastructure of British society and Islamic fundamentalists are an obvious target. Terrorists are as much part of our culture as tea and juvenile fellatio. “We are looking at ways to improve legislation to ensure that bankers and accountants are equipped to deal with the threat of The Economy. The public, and terrorists in particular, need to understand that The Economy is very dangerous and the risk it poses very real.” The news will come as a further blow to prime minister Gordon Brown’s credibility as a leader who is tough on The Economy. With fears about The Economy becoming increasingly widespread, he will be under renewed pressure to protect vulnerable terrorist communities. Downing Street said, ‘We are aware of the situation. However, the Government has a proven track record of protecting terrorists from Economic attack.” Read More: How Iraq Helped The Economy Economic Fundamentalism ‘Biggest Threat Since Booker Prize’ Jeanette Winterson: Why I Can’t Shut My Stupid Face ![]()
